Immediately when I hear the name I Dew Care, I think of moisture (because of the dew in the name). These pads are perfect for if you want to brighten your skin tone by fading hyperpigmentation. If hyperpigmentation and dark circles is one of your main concerns, vitamin C is going to become your best friend.
